BRAINTREE (COGGESHALL) GREYHOUND STADIUM

The Essex town of Braintree had 3 greyhound tracks in the past, the first of which was situated on Coggeshall Road with reference 0° 33' E 51° 52' N. It was an independently run flapping track which held its inaugural meeting on Saturday 6th September 1930.

The meeting continued for almost 2 years before closing in 1932.
